Taking my time to write a review because I did not read lots of positive reviews before booking but I had a great experience in my room, clean, nice, big and with a fridge. Standard free breakfast cofee and some muffins. Can't complain, good location as well!

The people at the front desk are really nice so they get three stars :) It’s currently 4:35 and we were supposed to check in at 3. They do not have any clean rooms. I understand that staffing shortages are tough, but we are the only ones waiting. Which is really strange for a weekend. I got a 15% discount through Hotwire. I haven’t even seen the hotel yet. Make sure that if you come here please call ahead. We could have stayed out longer if we knew.

Overall my stay here was good, but let me get the bad out first. My flight coming in was delayed so I didn't check in until ~10pm. I got the last room as they were booked. The room was fine, clean. When I went to wash my hands in the bathroom, there was no water. Then I went to shower and there were pieces of the faucet & showerhead laying on the side. I called down to reception, but since it was late they told me maintenance doesn't come until 9:30 am. The next morning I checked in twice about maintenance (at 10 and then 12) and was told he was aware of the shower and was looking to fix it. They finally just put me in a new room later that night when one became available. Once that was taken care of, the stay was good. Both rooms I had were nicely sized and clean. The hotel is also right next to the bus stop which takes you to downtown. All the staff I interacted with was also friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent enough to hold you over, as it was just muffins and coffee/tea/hot coco.

Would absolutely rate lower if possible. Never had worse service in my life. Had beyond zero care for the guests at the hotel. Had multiple missed room reservations despite a confirmation of purchase well in advance. Disappointing for such a lively city to have such a useless space occupied by a poorly run business with little care for the occupants. Might as well have an empty space as at least it could be used for additional parking.
