Room was clean, with limited exceptions (paper floating in the toilet upon arrival). Bed was great. Kitchen sink good. Freezer is fridge worked well.

No coffee maker, pots and pans, silverware, plates etc. In room. Ants in bathroom. I paid for a suite that to me isn't a suite by any means. Will never stay here again also room not clean crumbs on chairs. Bathtub gross looking. Also my daughter booked a room thru booking. Com and they didn't show she had a room lady at front desk did call them they said book her at another stay America. Luckily I had two beds so they could stay with me.

Found this hotel near Nashville with a separate living and bedroom for a decent price and gave it a shot. We have kids and needed separate rooms so they could sleep. Booking here was a mistake. The Front-desk staff was nice, but the room was gross and smelled strongly of cigarette and weed smoke. Clearly the person who stayed before us had done a lot of smoking the previous nights. My daughter has asthma and she developed a cough due to the bad air quality. Our door wouldn’t lock except with the deadbolt and was extremely loud. Thankfully, we had a noise machine with for the kids. I was going back to the front to request a new room, but the guest who was checking in when I got there was being told that they were overbooked and there were no other available rooms. It was also after 6 pm, so they couldn’t cancel their reservation either. The front desk staff person said to call the 1-800 number and hope the other extended stay hotels nearby had a room. I quickly left as clearly there were no other rooms available; at least we had a place to stay…

Well kept, clean, and quiet property with rooms that are cleaned from to bottom with up to date appliances and electronics (smart tvs)! The staff is kind, patient, and very helpful. They offer a free breakfast daily as well. Rooms are equipped with microwave, stovetop, coffee maker, and plenty of cabinets and drawers for dishes and storage... ES also offers cookware, plates, and cups to cover your coming and dining needs. Rooms come in Bedroom/ kitchen/bathroom and bedroom/living room/kitchen/bathroom! So they're sure to have a room that meets just about everyone's wants and needs!
