By far the worst hotel experience that my wife and I have ever had. Upon arrival we were giving a room that was never cleaned, bed was not made and trash everywhere in the room. They gave us another room, no shower curtain, mold in AC, missing vent in the bathroom, the smoke detector had been ripped out of the ceiling, no batteries in the remote, Very shady crowd outside of rooms until late hours. Homeless people set up in the parking lot. Even at $64 dollars don't spend it, go somewhere else.

I wouldn’t never recommend this place we got there and only one bed was made, there were no trash cans in the room and it was filthy. The curtains looked like they have never been washed. There was one towel in the room and that was it. There was no remote for the tv and no phone in the room. The shower curtain and blankets were stained. The door looked liked it had been pried at from the inside. We heard people arguing around 2am and then gun shots. It was super scary. The office didn’t open until 11 so we could not properly check out. Room smelt strongly of cigarettes as well!

Positive: Nothing. I did not stay at this hotel. I made a reservation for one room with two beds. When we arrived, I was told they did not have a room with two beds. I refused the room and was assured I would get a full refund. I did not. Negative: Everything. It is an embarrassment, and if I were in charge of Red Roof Inns (its parent), I would not want it associated with my brand. I did not have a good experience, and I will be sharing it with others. Very poorly run hotel.

My wife and I made reservations at this hotel one month ago. When we arrived at the hotel, we were given a room with one bed in it. We reserved a room with two beds. We spoke with the night time personnel and asked to be moved to a room that we paid for. The night personnel said that he could not do it. We gave him back the key and did not stay at the hotel at all. Later on that morning, we spoke with the acting manager of the hotel to inform him that we did not stay at the hotel overnight and that we were requesting a refund of the one-night charge that they already placed on my credit card. All we keep getting is the runaround by the manager and the general manager for the property. Aside from this major issue, the room had various maintenance issues as well (broken cabinets, cigarette burn holes in the bedding, what appeared to be mold in the bathroom, and certain individuals appear to be doing illegal activity. If you are looking for a long-term hotel, do not stay at this one. They will rip you off!

I have no idea. However, I wouldn't consider this place to stay ever. It's in a very bad neighborhood, the rooms are dirty, there are dead bugs all over the floor and it's very noisy. They have a tiny refrigerator, no microwave, no coffee maker or hair dryer. When we stayed there it was very late in the evening and we were very tired. We didn't notice the bugs and the other non amenities mentioned above until the next day as we were getting ready to continue our journey. When we were leaving we noticed a homeless man sleeping near the entrance to this hotel. As well we were looking for a place to eat breakfast and the only place that was open was McDonald's. We cancelled our reservations coming back from Kentucky and made reservations elsewhere. Do not waste your time with this place.
