An employee was vacuuming extremely loudly in the middle of the day. It was so loud and annoying I didn't even want to be in the store. Can't wait until after hours to vacuum like most places of business? Not only that I literally stood at a counter for 30 mins and wasn't acknowledged once. No sorry for the wait it's going to be a min, nothing. Then when someone did finally help me they told me to come back in the morning because they "didn't now how to do that." Really? Never going back

Shockingly bad customer service. Praise to the Black Man with the shaved head who was the only employee who said anything to any of the customers waiting to be helped in the print line. I didnt get his name but I hope they pay him well as he was the only employee making an effort. An old white man with a pony tail was also there doing a "good" job of making it look like he was busy, but did almost nothing. Long wait time happen but ignoring the 6 people waiting 45 minutes to use two printers is not a gleaming example of good business.
