Extremely rude pharmacy staff. These mental giants also shorted my wife 8 pills for a medicine and on the most recent occasion gave my wife a different perscription than what the doctor ordered. When she went back they said oh you would have been fine taking this. All the bad reviews and what people say about this pharmacy are true. Find a different pharmacy and thank me later.

The Pharmacy Manager Allen Weber is rude and unprofessional. Thinks he is hot stuff. I had a prescription transferred to "His Store" from my regular CVS which I had already paid for but couldn't get to them in time before they closed. This was reccommended as a solution by my regular pharmacist since KF open 24hrs Mr Weber wasn't having it. Tried to charge me 5x more than I had already paid. refused to even look at my receipt. Told me "this is how its gonna be" Said I had not paid at "His Store". I said sir I paid CVS already. Clearly this clown is a med school reject. Go to Publix where they treat you like a real person with a healthcare issue.

I’ve had issues trying to refill my prescriptions here before, but today was awful. I got my prescription refilled on Monday by my Dr at my appointment, CVS told to come back Thursday to pick it up. So I called Thursday morning trying to confirm pick up, the machine I talked to was unhelpful and told me my prescriptions were going to be ready a week later... So I had to come into the store to mass confusion by the pharmacists trying to figure out why I needed more? Because I ran out? There is clearly no communication between the staff in the pharmacy. No one was helping me or giving me any information, I was left standing at the counter anxious and confused. I directly had to speak to the pharmacy manager, who was doing 3 different tasks at the time, and he eventually called my dr to check to make sure it was time for me to refill. Even though I came in MONDAY after my appointment and said I was running out this week and had it prescribed already. Now I am waiting for it to be refilled whenever they get to it. This is absolutely awful.

Traveling through Florida had a medical emergency. Dr. Wrote prescription sent us to CVS. One car in line pharmacist says one hour to fill prescription. Extremely rude. I certainly would not recommend this pharmacy especially if you’re in pain or an emergency. The staff is very rude
