They seem short staffed because they don’t really want to take the time to talk to customers when they have questions about their medication. I am very sad I must use Walgreens with my insurance because I rather go somewhere a little kinder.

Made an appointment to get my Covid booster vaccine only to show up on time and see the pharmacy shut down. When I was finally able to flag down an employee, she said apparently the pharmacist had an “emergency” and they had to close it down until Monday. No call or notification about cancelling my appointment, so I drove all the way out there for nothing. Get it together already!!

I've just started using curbside pick-up here (I've made 5 orders in three pick-up trips) and their service has been good with every order but was INCREDIBLE with today's pick-up. The pharmacy helped the first time, curbside pick-up the other two. I will now check to see if this store has what I need before looking other places and am reading to understand how auto-ordering works for some of our household staples. THANK YOU for being a bright spot on the front line doing the basics of wearing masks and far beyond.
