I moved to the Artessa from FL in April 2022. I had never visited the property only seeing it online. From the first call to the property to the day I moved and since property manager Sydney Sisco and her staff have been simply spectacular. I have a beautiful two bedroom two bath first floor unit backing up to a natural nature preserve. I hear no noise from neighbors at all which makes it simply peaceful and comfortable. I had shopped other properties in Franklin and while not the cheapest, the Artessa for the quality of construction, interior finish, high end appliances including washer and dryer, granite counter tops throughout has to the best value in Franklin. Oh, the maintenance staff is expedient, professional and courteous. I am 70 years old and have lived all over our great nation. The Artessa will be my "from now on" home! It could be yours too. Visit the Artessa, you will always be glad you did!!

The Artessa is a great place to live!! The office staff Katrina & Ann-Thomas are EXTREMELY helpful with anything you need! The maintenance staff is awesome and keeps the property grounds looking beautiful. All of this staff is very nice & always ready to answer any questions you have. Great prices, great parking & great amenities. I’d highly recommend this complex to anyone!

I loved living at Artessa! It is a beautiful place to live. The staff is very nice and friendly. I love all the happy people that live there. I had never lived in an apartment before, but I loved coming home to this community. It’s like living at a resort! They even have a welcoming committee that plans events every month for their residence! They truly make it a great place to live! The maintenance staff is so nice and helpful. We never really needed anything maintenance related but they were always very visible walking around greeting residence with a smile on their face. I truly loved living in this little community! 💗

I love the apartment floor plans which is different from most of the apts where I lived. Great fixtures, granite countertops and in-built laundry. Bldg maintenance and amenities are excellent. Friendly staff, event coordinators who make monthly events special. Personal fitness and Pilates trainer available upon request. All time access to fitness, yoga and business centre. I have posted some of the pics which might help future residents to make a decision. I'm very happy about my choice :)
