The leasing center lady Kiara was absolutely wonderful. I was less impressed by the apartment we were shown. It was decent, but the wear showed a lot on the kitchen cabinets. There were a number of visible scratches, the drawer didn't pull out properly and one of the doors didn't close all the way. As a tall person I was little put off by how low the ceilings are - while they were plenty tall, they were low enough for me to constantly be thinking I needed to duck. Finally I was concerned with the shaky stairs to the second floor.

Our battle with this company, ZRT, is still going on. Let me preface by saying, I have recorded phone calls, screenshots of emails, and photos to back everything I'm sharing here. We have been with Viera Cool Springs for two years. In those two years, it has been sold to THREE different companies than the one that first owned Viera when we first came. ZRT Management now owns Viera Cools Springs and it is terrible. Maintenence requests go MONTHS without any word on when they will come to fix it, we went two and a half months with no AC, and we called so much they stopped answering our numbers. When they finally called an OUTSIDE AC company to come take a look, our entire AC system was fried. They make you pay a pest fee but then require you to get on a list to get sprayed. The maintenence men have no idea what they are doing, they are disrespectful, reek of cigarette smoke, and swear like sailors when they are in your unit. The maintenence men drive these golf carts and- we all like to say, they prefer to race to golf carts than do actual work. Most days two maintenence men are sitting in two golf carts in the middle of the parking lot. Parking is terrible as it is not enforced to park by your unit so people park anywhere. There have been break ins with no help from ZRT. They say they renovated the apartments, for the price, they are not renovated. The only, and I repeat, ONLY good thing about Viera is the proximity. Don't waste your money. Update: in response to Vieras response, let me just say, I have MULTIPLE screenshots of me calling with no answer. I also have photos of no one but the office workers in the office. I'm not saying they deny my calls, I'm just saying I have proof that looks like they are denying my calls

Have been renting here for two years. It is under new management, and honestly they need to hire new management. We had a leak in our ceiling (fixed roof but not inside Ceiling) and most recently our air conditioning unit broke during the hottest week of the summer. Maintenance came and out a window unit in one of our bedrooms and said they would be back the following day. We are now on our fourth day living in one bedroom with our dog. We have called multiple times and emailed multiple times. (Spoke to Dorothy) no update has been giving and maintenance has yet to come back. We have been loyal and have been paying our rent on time for the last two years. We have been confined to one bedroom and have not gotten an apology or an update on anything. It is frustrating and upsetting. I will never recommend anyone renting from here. UPDATE: I messaged the email provided from looking at other reviews and my air conditioning is still out. They said someone will fix it on Thursday. More than two weeks of living in one room with air conditioning. They just responded to this review yesterday.
