I always do my errands, right there, it's very, useful because of so many depts and courtesy counter. It's kind of the real, one stop shopping, and good bargains every trip there!!!! I like the place....

I have been shopping at Smith's every week, for the past 25 years, since I have moved to the Flathead Valley. They have always had good Products and outstanding Service. I am disabled and they have always been very helpful when I have needed help with anything. If they don't carry a product that I need, they make a note of it and order it for me. I will continue to shop there, and I highly recommend this store and pharmacy to everyone.

Columbia Falls Smiths has horrible customer service in store and on calls. Multiple times, have built up gas points, ( have reciepts to prove. But my points go down minutes after purchase. Their online Smiths app never matches reciept points that I have paid to get. Will be switching stores, will no longer give them business and will give Super 1 or Safeway the business instead. Not to mention, management can't keep the store stocked with groceries.
