The videos on YouTube were awesome it made us feel more confident and moving to Dallas from out of state -we watched almost every single one. We did get together with one of your real estate agents and toured some homes for sale. Very nice guy not pushy, very friendly. Unfortunately we felt like he wouldn’t be able to move quick enough to get us a home; And we thought he lacked a little bit of knowledge on the process. We felt like the lender that you were pushing us to use was not good; They were not transparent with interest rates.

Hey Juan! Thank you for the question. No one ever ask me what is the one thing I really don't like about Dallas Texas. If they did, I would say it's a little flat for my taste. I love seeing mountains or the coastline in my daily routine. But we don't really get that luxury here unless you live near one of the lake communities. There are some great lake communities in Dallas Texas that are great places to live. My favorites are Rockwall Texas, Flower Mound Texas, and Southlake Texas. My absolute favorite is the Lakewood neighborhood in Dallas.

There are some up and coming cities that are slated to be amazing investments in the next couple of years, cities that are great for families with award-winning schools, cities that are close to major job providers and attractions - the list goes on!
