Are you kidding me? I called and ordered a pizza that cost $50...all I got from the.. " manager" was a sigh and just plain rude! I have ALWAYS had great experiences here..but, no more! Thank God I didn't hire this manager for my Restraunt...my business would fail for sure. She "blacklisted" me ( according to her) for calling out her bad attitude and I told her that I didn't trust her to NOT spit in my food. Good riddance! There are too many other options for pizza...what a shame..I loved their pizza and wings.

Ordered a no cheese pizza from here and it wasn't even cooked, dough was still sticky. Brought the pizza back and received a new one, unfortunately that one was also under cooked. It's very easy to tell if a pizza is under cooked especially if there is no cheese on it, I've never had an issue with their Ocala location.
