Worst branch ever!!! I wanted to cash a payroll check on 5/21/22 and as soon as I walked in the lady gave me issues. Went to another Wells Fargo next to Target and she was able to cash with no issues. Never go here, the lady is incompetent.

Waited in the lobby, was told it would be 10 minutes. A couple came in after me and was helped before me. Then another banker became available then began to organize her desk until someone else became available. As soon as another banker helped me she helped the person after me. I was ignored by two bankers who didn't want to help me. The branch was hot and smelled moldy. Very upsetting that the bank is unable to treat customers fairly.

Anytime I have needed help with my banking this branch has gone above and beyond my expectations of customer care! I am very thankful for all the extra efforts and time they have put in to help me!

Just Me

I have been waiting to review this branch because there are many great things that they have done for us and many negative experience that we have also had. I also had a very hard time with there mortgage division but did not want to reflect my anger for that on to this branch. I believe this branch has worked very hard to upgrade their customers service which is greatly appreciated! Also, adding an additional Atm has made a huge difference as there are no longer long gruelling lines there. There are also 5 drive thru teller lines and i use them quite frequently, due to physical disabilities, and the service has been very prompt and efficient. Keep up the good customer service and I may change it to 5 stars.
