The staff members are fair. They are helpful and welcoming. They are, for the majority, quite personable. You get the feeling like O'Reilly's is a hometown family shop. There are so many options on the main street, but this place treats you like family.

Need to take employees out of there that don't know what they are doing. Drove all the way over there after she told us that she had the parts that we needed. After we get there, she surprisingly got the cars mixed up or something. We said Fusion, not Focus. Thanks for the waste of time. Good thing Napa got their stuff together! I normally go with AutoZone, but they were upfront and said they didn't have what we needed in stock.
