Yes. We notarize an out-of-state document. However, we attach a "Certificate of Acknowledgment" to your document.
Bring your valid State of Texas ID with your name and signature and present it to the Notary Public Officer with your document. The Officer may require to see you sign the document again in his presence.
The Notary Public Officer must follows the rules of the State of Texas Notary Manual which states that the person must sign and affirm before the Notary Public Officer

The office is facing the Freeway. The back of the building is facing Bluecrest Drive. You must enter the parking lot from the service road of I-35 Freeway. Hours is from 10:30am to 6:30pm Monday - Friday. 10:30am to 5:00pm on Saturdays. Closed on Sundays.
Notary Public service is $8.00 cash per notary stamp or $8.50 with a credit card per stamp.
Yes. The State of Texas requires their notary public officers to log all notary public services in a journal which shows the date of the notary, the type of document, signature of the person and a valid identification. So before you come to get your document notarized make sure you bring your identification and sign your document in front of the notary public.
