They can’t even pick up the phone

This was absolutely the WORST experience I’ve had with this company! I called to schedule a delivery and they told me to call again later because they, and I quote, “had a million other things to do”. After calling once more due to the urgency of the delivery, I was told I needed to drive half an hour to go and pay before I could even receive my delivery. Upon arriving to pay, I was given the runaround of who I was supposed to speak with and I was told my delivery was never scheduled, so I had to go through the process once more. They took my credit card information, but never charged my card and I had to cancel my delivery because they never showed and didn’t even call to notify. This company is so unprofessional, unorganized, and the customer service is absolutely terrible! Every time I called, it was someone different we’re very rude. I understand this company was bought out, however, that doesn’t excuse the fact of how you should treat customers!

I live in the la frontera naborhood! The drivers off the truck for American Concrete company are very inconsiderate, they block the entire road so you can’t get to your house. When you try and talk to them they get an additude and continue to do what they are doing with complete disregard. I will be contacting the builder and explain if it happens again and I’m late for another one of my company meetings I will be during for damages for blocking my street causing me lost income. Have some respect for others American concrete Company.
