It was another good experience for me at this longtime favorite. Thanks also to Brett the manager. He was swamped but helped out along with Nick.

First time going to the store. Was looking for a cutting board kit and the employee took me over to where they were located. Very helpful and courteous.

I am a small business owner, specializing in custom wood pieces. My reasoning for shopping at Woodcraft is for the hard to find unique items and of course for woodworking equipment etc. However, the last three times I have been to this location (Hurst) the specific item I was looking for was not in inventory, the shelf “Empty”. These items include; Full extension drawer slides, drawer pulls, and screw inserts. I can only assume this location is not managed correctly because all these items were readily available online. I needed the items same day, otherwise I would have ordered online. My other irritating complaint is every time I walk into this store I am greeted at the front with: “can we help you find anything “. If my response is “no thank you, I know what I need”. Then do not hover around me and follow me around the store and then start asking me what do you need etc. Sometimes I like to shop a little and spend more money. My last visit to this store this exact same thing happened, starting with the item out of inventory secondly the store clerk followed me around asking me questions about what are you working on etc. Unfortunately, I’m done with this location, I will no longer shop here. Being a small business owner time is money, and waisted time driving to a brick & mortar store only to discover the needed items were out of stock is a huge loss for me.

Robert was very friendly and useful in helping me find the right resin I needed for my project. He made some great suggestions and provided good conversation. I Will definitely return to this location for my future needs.
