This property is by far AMAZING! They actually interact with the community. For Easter the Apts did an egg hunt for the kids and prizes. They do breakfast to go at the gate for residents. It’s so quite here too!! I am blown away with how quite it is here. You literally live right by everything. Melissa in the office is amazing and we are thankful to have her. The staff is professional and very pleasant. You’ll enjoy the amenities as well 😁 (A photo I took of the pool on my cell phone)

Current resident here who constantly has to repair my vehicle due to petty vandalism, of course the office/maintenance personal seeing nothing along with the very openly disrespectful "nieghbors"

This property has the cleanest exterior you’ll find, best neighborhood, and very responsive maintenance. I have experienced a lot of bad properties in the past. Melissa in the office, she is AMAZING. Understands exactly what you are looking for in your requirements. If you have high standards this is definitely the property for you. You’ll be blown away by how The management will exceed them.

You have got to be kidding me! Just because you see a credit on my account IT DOES NOT MEAN you eat up my credit that is meant to pay for RENT, especially when it was a MISTAKE coming from the office. If you have lazy ppl that don't auditing residents accounts and send a balance due letter/notification even you your lazy self does not want to deliver the notice. You can always email me or call to inform me of any money owned on current month. This has not been made aware to me and suddenly, I get a text message saying that they took my credit that was meant to pay for rent. This is so inconvenience to residents that are on a budget. They assume zero responsibility and refuse to make this right. When asked the assistant manager of company core values she stated that they have none. Wow so glad I will be leaving. DO NOT RENT HERE! STAY AWAY!
