I expected a long wait & process - BUT these ladies were very quick, helpful and knowledgeable.

Laurie K. in the passport is rude and seems to love arguing and interrupting. She told me I'd need a check or money order, and I told her I expected that- dealing with them is never quick or easy. She said "I can't help it that you're unprepared. I carry checks, but wasn't able to get that out without interruption. Awful experience.

Appalling service. Why claim your office is open till 3:30 pm when you take your last applicant at 3 pm for your own convenience? In any other place a government office closes when it says it does and not 30 mins early. No concern for anyone else’s gas or time. Please drive all the way to Dallas. Even that is more convenient.

No, they only submit your completed application to the U.S. State Department who processes your application and then issues your passport book and/or card 10-14 weeks later. You can pay an expedited fee of $60.00 for 5-7 weeks per application. It's best to make an appointment online for a passport appointment at the Tarrant County Clerk's office for faster service.
Good morning, Tarrant County offices are closed today in honor of Caesar Chavez.
Good afternoon, for a list of required documents, please go to travel.state.gov
