I called looking for a specific model just to see in person, assuming we would have to order. I worked with Kimber and not only did she confirm there was one on the floor to see, but also one in stock that I could buy now and have delivered next week. She was actually able to “borrow” the fridge from another customer’s order whose dates had been pushed way out. After speaking to her on the phone, she went on the manufacturer’s website and proactively found me $800 worth of rebates that were not immediately popping up as available without a little extra digging. While in store, we decided to buy a countertop ice maker as well. There wasn’t one on the floor but Kimber had staff bring one out from the back to show us and then also helped us with the list price because GE wasn’t offering a manufacturer rebate. Excellent customer service!! Above and beyond!! Will be back for our next appliance needs!

Quality products and amazing service. Received the product much sooner than I was told. I paid extra for installation, but when the third party installer didn't complete the work, Texas Appliance gave me full refund and picked up the old dishwasher. I'll be shopping here in the future!
