They are horrible, they are infested with cockroaches, I don't know how much I've been spending on poisons and often they want to go in to check your apartment, they always look for an excuse to get in and if you don't open them, they get in, there is no respect for privacy, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM😠😠😠😠😠

If looking for a job in the area there's several options, if looking for places to eat there's also several options. The quality of the place is maybe a 5 (if you get lucky 6) out of 10

This is the worst place to live. The management is horrible. We have a slumlord not a landlord. They don’t fix anything. There is black mold and infested with bugs. Do not move to these apartments.

Right on time just had got married and was getting kicked out off my old apartment and was looking for a home and that’s what I have found here. kids friendly nice and quiet. Under a great new Manager that get it done. if you love to grill that’s what we do here lol thank you Dekota place keep up the great work.
