Fernando is amazing! So helpful, pleasant and friendly! I got there early and was walking over to the kiosk to check in. Before I even touched the machine he welcomed me over to his desk. I told him I was super early and my appointment wasn’t until 1:30p. He said that’s okay, he could help me immediately if I was ready. My appointment was at 1:30p today. I got there at 12:50p and was walking out at 1:04p.

I wanted to share my wonderful experience with the North Dallas Passport Government Center on Tuesday, August 2nd. I received a very friendly call from Mr. Fernando Mendoza around 8:30AM on Tuesday morning informing me that their Passport Photo Camera was not working. This was a great gesture as it gave me time to seek other alternatives prior to my Appointment. Fortunately, I had previously taken my Passport Photos at another location. I arrived early to my Appointment and was greeted by warm smiles from Mr. Fernando Mendoza and Mrs. Yvette Gomez. I was allowed to submit my Passport Application to Mrs. Yvette Gomez prior to my scheduled Appointment time. The Application process was very smooth. Mrs. Gomez was very kind as she walked me through every document. The entire Appointment did not last long as the entire process was handled flawlessly by Mrs. Gomez. I want to thank Mrs. Yvette Gomez and Mr. Fernando Mendoza for providing me with outstanding customer service and a wonderful Passport Application experience. This is the Office you want to visit to process your Passport Application!

You should get it one or two weeks after getting the passport. That's what I was told.

Hello, if you currently have an adult passport (10yr validity) you may renew it for a Passport Book via mail using Forman DS-82 and only pay for the book $110. See travel.state.gov

Yes, passport photo for my newborn son was taken here. Make sure you bring your infant seat + a nice plain white cloth to put on top of it (white background is needed). Easy! They are super friendly.
