Everyone was pleasant, and very helpful! Fast unload. Appointment time was 0300 am, I arrived the night before at about 11:30 pm and now unloaded at 01:00 am!

Good luck getting anyone to open the door thier slow, but once he gets a door it's pretty quick from that point. You probably won't know what lumper fee will be untill the end more then likely.
In the back take a empty spot, you'll be fine. I've done it every time I delivered. And I've seen other truck driver's as well. Good luck Everytime I'm there I park on-site till my appointment time. Never once been asked to move.
