The customer service provided by MJ in the office was amazing and Brandon was a big help when bringing out my new washer. One star off for the system that Conn’s uses, as it can take a while to get the order processed so that the guys can get the order… so be patient when picking up, the workers are doing their best considering the resources provided by the company.

Pick up system needs work, we as a costumers don’t know how YOUR system works, explain procedure to costumers instead of letting them guess if their product is coming or not. TALK to costumers, it’s not our fault you have to work here

A complete cluster...... I won't buy anything from them again. There is a limited amount of space to wait, no guidance on what to do, and the wait was long. There were only 4 other cars waiting..... why did it take an hour of waiting to get a dishwasher??

This warehouse is careless. I ordered a refrigerator and the 1st time it was delivered it had a scratch so I sent it back. The second time it was delivered they brought it in the house, unwrapped it and there were 2 shelves missing. I sent it back. The next day they delivered the EXACT fridge I sent back the day before, did not put in the shelves or even bother to wrap and protect it in the truck. Today I have been waiting on the shelves with no word from the warehouse. It is 2 hours past the delivery window. 0 STARS I am livid.
