i rarely write reviews but today bek has done something worthy of the spotlight. (warning: super long, written at 10pm, & vaguely edited) i've only been to bek once previously and bought a stand up rollator—who's honestly now my lifeline. came in today in my chair and my dad rolling the rollator in with a list: rollator's brakes are loose, the cuff spilt, oh are y'all able to source parts for a 3+ year old wheelchair (ki mobility, which they do), and a smart drive (permobil, they don't). they tightened the rollator's brakes, put in a ticket to see if the cuff will be covered by warranty, and helped my dad find an elusive serial number on my chair while i pdf-ed my spreadsheet of parts needed for chair. all done at a not quick pace and we weren't rushed (despite we arrived at 3:30, they close at 5… ;-; so sorry bout that). then i asked about my smartdrive (a quite small motor that hooks on the back of my manual chair to combat my miserable stamina): the adapter that the drive hooks onto my chair was missing 1 of the two bolts that held it on. they don't mess with permobil, i don't blame them. then, this absolute saint of a human, who has just fixed my rollator's brakes, decided to take a look. next thing i know he's coming back saying he has a bolt that'd fit. and it did! now the drive isn't shaking and wobbling, threatening to leave me stranded on an incline cuz the safety software said no or, worse, falling off. i didn't spend a dime today but, damn, this is the only place i'd buy equipment from in the future. i'm serious. y'all are amazing and deserve the best of everything. thank you so so very much.

Have been waiting 3 months for the Wheelchair I bought from BEK to get fix. It seems like they push what is wrong with it on you mishandling it. When the equipment you purchased is a life line you don't tell the customer it was mishandled by them. I have bought a couple of items from them all are no good. Very expensive items but not secured for the price. Always the manufacturer fault.

I love this place. I have been to BEK more than once and I’ve had a wonderful experience. The owner/manager and the employees are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy. I am now excited to send my elderly parents there to look for a walker/rolater. It feels good to know they will be in good hands. Thank you BEK for your kind service!

If you ever need medical equipment, do not go anywhere else but BEK. I cannot praise the staff and owners enough for everything they did for my family when my parents were terminally ill. Hospice provided alot of things but BEK stepped in when we needed better quality diapers, chucks, oxygen tanks, etc.

No unfortunately all of the products sold here are brand new and are accompanied by manufacturer warranties. Used items are not sold nor purchased back.
The pressure of that model and brand is. And they have nothing more than that or even more models and brands
If you mean Oxygen bottles, I don't think they carry those.
Unfortunately BEK is a Non-participating provider, so it is an out of pocket expense here. But the prices are competitive with all surrounding competition.
Some nebulizer supplies are in store but a prescription is required, since the packaging states it's required by law, to purchase most of them.
There are dry, and other moist wipes, available here that would work for various hygiene needs.
The store carries a variety of great quality shower chairs. Prices vary from model to model but if you stop by you can more than likely walk out with something that would work for you or your family.
