Not happy with the manager here Bailey!!! I notice my sewer and water usage bill increase three times the normal rate. I called and spoke with Bailey to figure out why there was such a huge increase she flat out refused to assess and told me to call corporate. Bailey was very incompetent and lacked the basic skills to be an office manager ——explaining things. I had to do my own research as if I was office manager. I found out which was not explained when I signed my lease that the water and sewage bill is a self share usage -which means based on my occupancy and the monthly rate for the total complex is how they bill you meaning your bill is going to fluctuate every single month based on a collective usage. This was never explained in detail when I signed the lease at all! And the conscience constantly has water issues where they’re shutting off the water turning it back on shutting it off and then making us pay for it! Crazy to have a bill jump from $55-$178.

We recently just moved into market 1900 and absolutely love it so far! The staff has made amazing renovations, it’s super modern and cute! They truly made us feel at home and I know it will be a great fit for my boyfriend and I!

They tell ya the units are old so ya gotta tweakem in such a way or some such mode of interplay of an exchange of words that doesn't actually get ya any closer to krux of the actual problem ya may be facing. I have a friend that lives on the third floor and she has to keep an eye on the thermostat periodically in order for it to not go below 70 otherwise it'll freeze up. I personally think some of the units are off balance. Some of it could even be the thermostats need adjusting or replacing. The units may even be not be properly maintained in some ways. Just speculating on some of what I've seen. Hopefully they can resolve these issues before another three years pass. Hope the best for your families.

Nope. Some people temporarily live here on section 8 from when the place was called Brookstone Village. Now they have chosen to play favoritism on who stays and who goes. No equality that's for sure. The management will lie to save face.
Yes. But if you are disabled and under some other kind of voucher then you're screwed as of now. Definitley friendly staff....all politeness and smiles and apologetic when they are ripping the place you resided at for A DECADE right out from underneath you with the 32+% increase of rent implemented IN JUST THE PAST MONTH
