I had to pick up a load here. They were a bit disorganized, but it was Friday and I guess the staff were ready for the weekend. I didn't have too much issues with it, other than that dude at the security gate.

Horrible company, DO NOT ship with them. Customer service is the worst, people are nasty and rude to say the least. And the icing on the cake is their driver's claim it's their company policy that you have to sign and accept the shipment before you inspect it for damage! Received a shipment from them where the outside of the box looked like it went to hell and back and I wasn't permitted to look inside the box to inspect for damages to the contents prior to signing and accepting the shipment! Yeah right, good try R&L, lol. I'll be having the merchant ship with a different carrier and will never use R&L ever again for any shipments personal or business. On top of it all they are super expensive, for the prices they get you would think they would be honest, nice on the phone and treat you like a customer!!!

I run a large construction company and deal with a lot of different shipping companies. This is hands down the worst I have ever dealt with. They showed up on a jobsite without required notice and were told we had no people there to receive the shipment so they just threw it off the truck and left. I called the driver (Joe cummings) and got cussed by him. When I asked for supervisors name I was told to figure it out. Well I did and she (sue smith) spoke with district manager (Seth scunk) and he told them to leave it anyway. I have told all the vendors we buy from if they ship any of our materials with this carrier again it will be rejected. Horrible shipping company
