Terrible customer service… been waiting on my walker for 3 weeks! Being told delivery driver is out due to medical issues… do u not have a backup driver… you have to go thru many promps to get a live person on phone. Spoke with Fay and Lexus… suppose to deliver tomorrow by 3:00… we will see! You would think with medical equipment they would have a sense of urgency. Terrible service

i really appriciate these folks, we had an emergency at the most inconvenient time, One Source was open and had exactly what we needed. Adriana was super awsome, in spite of me being a little overwhelming at 7am she knew exactly what i needed. thank you
