This place really deserves 5 stars for being one of the very few, if not only autoparts stores open til midnight. However i gave it 3 because i recently walked in at about 10:15p to return an item (with receipt within 90 days) . 1st employee stated that the receipt barcode was damaged and could not be scanned. I asked about using the transaction number in order to retrieve the sale,with no luck. The manager then approached me explaining to me how the receipt barcode was a configuration of various data. So i interjected ,that the computer ,was able to access record of the sale and stepped around to look at the screen. Which was blank. He then typed in the trans # and it popped up! A christmas miracle in July!!!! Not until then did he mention that he had just made the money drop and had no cash to cover the $80 return. CANCEL CHRISTMAS this kids a dud!

Employees were not helpful at all , uninterested in helping customer , and when I asked Questions the employee didn’t seem knowledgeable.Stopped at another location , totally different experience ,helpful ,great customer service.

Staff working Sunday night around 7-8pm was completely unprofessional. My husband called to ask if they could change my battery while I was in the store (I had gone to purchase the battery and have them install it) because I get anxious going to auto parts stores and he couldn’t go with me. I can hear the girl on the phone and I knew it was my husband because he had just text me that he was calling. He asked if they could change out my battery and she said they could. I was standing in front of the assistant manager wearing a gray shirt with salt and pepper hair and he told me no. He said it was dark and that was the store policy and that they couldn’t anymore. He was extremely rude, the girl then switched up her story and lied saying she did not tell my husband that they could even though I was listening to the conversation on the phone. Today, my husband called the store in the morning and spoke to the store manager and he confirmed that that rule/policy did not exist. The store had ample staff while I was there, it was not busy and my car was parked right in the front. I will sadly never be coming back and I gladly took my business to oreilly down the street where they were happy to help me and didn’t lie or make up stupid policies because they were too lazy to help a customer.

According to the employees, YES!!! Coincidentally they carry a larger selection of products.
I don't think auto zone do this kind of job. This store only sale para for you do the fix.
