I bought my truck a month ago and since then i'm everyday at the shop to fix something, I called them advertised them i have 30 days if i have a problem, but every time they transfer me or reject my request and my sales man didn't care after he received his commission. NOT recommended

Purchased a truck from them. They promised reimbursement for my travels from out of town and shorted me after I gave full proof of everything. The truck had issues after an 8 plus hour drive from the lot of purchase. The issues are MAJOR. Really thought these guys (Todd Nixon and his extended team) were legit. I honestly can’t see how they sleep peacefully at night. Extremely disappointed. Would NEVER recommend.

Great customer service. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with open arms and a smile. The receptionist Stephanie was great. She even watched my fluffy frenchie dog Isabella. Very kind and and attentive. The amenities were great I was able to get some purified water from the snack room. Also, I did take notice there is 3 floor mats which lets u know they keep things clean and run a tight ship. Next I was introduced to Cesar Alonzo, this is a man’s man. No pushy sales tactics just honest facts. Went through various options with me. Worked with me on my budget and always made me feel like family . The cherry on top was a hat he gifted me that says Arrow’s Truck Sales. It’s things like that that will make me a repeat customer.I can’t wait to buy more vehicles and send my friends and family in. The world would be a better place with more Cesar’s around.
