I would definitely recommend Keep It Simple. It's hard enough to try to deal with everything associated with the passing of a loved one, so to have a company that makes it very simple and all dealings and pricing are transparent, makes it so much easier. Sam helped my family and I to take care of our mother who unexpectedly passed and had no arrangements made prior to this happening. She even checked in with us every few days to touch base. We were happy with how our mom's arrangements turned out.

I can't answer the question regarding thieves, nevertheless after using them twice I am concerned about the professional aspects. Human error is what I was told when it came to getting the documents correct. I had to request a refund for the urn that was paid for, and not received. I was assured I would receive a credit and my corrected death certificates would be FedEx to my home. The company name in my case both times was not kept simple. It added extreme frustration, and left me wondering what else may have been done incorrectly.
A direct cremation is currently $844.48. It includes bringing your loved one into our care (within 35 miles), filing for a death certificate and a cremation permit, process the cremation, an alternative container, one death certified certificate, and a plastic urn which you can upgrade to any of our selections.
