I can't answer the question regarding thieves, nevertheless after using them twice I am concerned about the professional aspects. Human error is what I was told when it came to getting the documents correct. I had to request a refund for the urn that was paid for, and not received. I was assured I would receive a credit and my corrected death certificates would be FedEx to my home. The company name in my case both times was not kept simple. It added extreme frustration, and left me wondering what else may have been done incorrectly.
Not at all. My experience with them was nothing less than wonderful.
