Not special needs friendly.. Never making an appointment here again! First my your asked what insurance you have one you let them know they decide when to give you the appointment, for us was 2 months out. I was called 2 days prior to appointment and was told I couldn’t got in with my autistic adult which was ok with me. Day of the appointment they refused to see me because I had my 2 year old with me so they just canceled my appointment. Thanks a lot now I missed a day of work for nothing!!!

Ok choices on glasses, but if your 15 min late they will reschedule you even if you drove from out of town. They'll keep you for hours just to see the eye Dr though. Only their time counts not yours. NEVER ANSWERS PHONE!!!!

I honestly do not recommend this place at all!!! The company takes 3 months to provide you a pair of glasses. They provide you a broken pair (you gotta pay close attention to your glasses) example for us: I got the pair the lady says oh they look good blah blah blah there’s a missing piece if I don’t point it out she was oh yeah let me fish it. As I was leaving the place I noticed the glass was cracked and went back in mentioned it to the girl once a again and says oh yeah goes on how they have to send them back with a rush so I can get the new pair. It’s been about 1 month and all I get is we just got a shipment, we are short staff every single time. SO PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE WAIST OF TIME AND GO SOME WHERE ELSE….

My wife had an appointment here and she waited over an hour to be seen when she had an appointment scheduled. Then the optometrist pulled her to the back and told her what she already knew- and told her if she wanted to hear more she would have to make ANOTHER appointment when they're booked pretty far out. Super disappointed and upset that we wasted so much time to be told we have to come back to find out what to do. This place was a complete waste of time and money- go somewhere else.
