My husband, our son, and I stayed a week here at this Holiday Inn Express. The staff at check-in and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful all week. Our suite was on the end of the building, and we had a wrap-around balcony beautiful view of the mountains and fireworks show of Dollywood. The area was very safe and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing. 200 a night is pricey but you’re 5 min from all the tourist attractions in pigeon forge. Great location. The room was spacious, beautiful. We got two queens. This came with two tv’s with a bathroom area in the middle. So clean. The breakfast was consistent and delicious: eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, cereal, baked goods. The staff was kind and well trained. They also have coupons for surrounding attractions. Amazing.

Check in and out were smooth. Staff was friendly. While the breakfast staff worked hard to make sure the food was stocked, we would have appreciated more healthy options. We had turke.y sausage one morning, but the other 2 mornings only pork meats were offered. No skim (non-fat) milk was available. The room was clean and comfortable. However, our sink stopper did not work and the light in the sitting area was out. Both items were mentioned to the front desk. Although our stay was for three nights and we reported it to the desk the first night, neither of these items were repaired while we were there. The light being out in the sitting area made the room be very dark. We really enjoyed the balcony on our room. It was a great view.

Great value for the money. We were happy to hear that we had gotten free upgrades to balcony rooms so that the whole family could stay on the same floor. (We had booked 3 rooms with 2 queen beds each) Rooms were super clean! We loved that the queen beds were in separate "rooms" in our room. We shared the room with my sister-in-law and absolutely felt like we each had privacy. We were also very pleased with the included breakfast, as many hotels advertise this, but then do not include it. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, quiet place to stay with friendly staff.
