My family and myself stayed for 2 nights this weekend I woke up Saturday morning and had bites on my back well I thought it might have been mosquitoe bites since we was outside Friday night well woke up Sunday morning and had more bites than I had Saturday we ended up finding 3 bed bugs in our bed Sunday morning before we left. We told the staff that was working Sunday morning when we checked out and they didn't even care. This isn't the first time we have stayed with them but the first time we stayed we didn't have an issue. Just fair warning people to check the beds before you lay down. We checked them and didn't see anything until we woke up Sunday morning. Please be careful cause they don't care and will just smile at you when you tell them. Our towels,shower, and jacuzzi also had long black hairs all over them also told them about that to and again they just smiled needless to say we won't be staying here anymoreb

Amazing accommodations for the price. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is amazing. The spa tub in our room has a locking door with a key and feels amazing! The continental breakfast is good too. Affordable and comfortable and clean! Meets all our needs for our week long adventure in Pigeon Forge. We would stay here again.

I really wouldn’t even give this hotel 1 star but you have to pick in order to post. We arrived to our room late due to reservations being messed up at our original hotel. We took our things to the room and went to sleep. We stayed in room 201. It’s a 2 bedroom with jetted tub as we had 7 people, 4 of which were children. When we woke up the next morning my wife noticed bites on 2 of the kids. After looking at the mattresses, there were LIVE bugs found. On all the mattresses in the room. We spoke with the front desk and they said they would send someone up to inspect the room. We went back and waited ONE HOUR for someone to come. We finally loaded our things up and left. We booked through Expedia and received NO refund and NO apology from either party. The only option given to us was to stay our second night in the BUG INFESTED room. I have pictures for proof! The manager would not even come out and give us the time of day. Let me also add I work in pest control. So I know what those things look like. Absolutely disgusting!!!!

The bathtub, vanity area and night stand were very dirty. The bathtub had hair in it and the drain plug did not work. The nightstand had something very sticky on it. The bathroom vanity top had not been cleaned and was sticky. The carpet was dirty and stained. Toilet seat was loose. We cleaned it and fixed the toilet seat. But the staff was very friendly and it’s in a good location.

We had to kill roaches as soon as we checked in. The hot tub hasn't had a good cleaning in months. Hair everywhere too.
It was 6am to 10am. It's good to get there early for more selections .
Do not know. We cancelled upon arrival because they would not honor the Days Inn rewards card. Go elsewhere if you can.
