They require a 40$ deposit also which is refunded upon checkout if the room is the way it was upon arrival

Do not know. We cancelled upon arrival because they would not honor the Days Inn rewards card. Go elsewhere if you can.

We put a deposit for the first night to save the room. No other deposit required.
