We booked our room about a week out and the prices were very good for the area on a weekend. Location was about 10 miles from Gatlinburg but had plenty of wonderful things around it to do and a fabulous restaurant next door for an excellent farm breakfast! The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious with nice showers. Pool had a small slide to kerp the kids busy and happy too!

We stayed last August and had ants in both the rooms we rented, in the bed, our clothes, everywhere. The room looks clean but I challenge you to take a lysol wipe and wipe those floors, my grandchildren's feet were black, my daughter and I put one cleaning on those rooms. Upon moving the night stand I found a nest of ants where previous guests had left food and it had never been cleaned and I never take for granted that someone has cleaned the bathroom the way it should be cleaned , it was filthy, no more money from us

Super nice rooms. Never seen the nice wooden floors in such a nice motel as this one, anywhere else. Tile in bathroom, along with a permanent built-in disability bench. Easy to walk into shower. Bed spreads are washed with every visit, i understand. And they do have a nice refrigerator, a microwave, ironing board, coffe pot with coffee packs in the room. A plus - a gorgeous breakfast bar.
