We came to get away for a couple days and was very pleased. The entire place is spotless and they offer a huge breakfast which was nice. The apple smell throughout the hotel made for a nice touch too. I’d definitely recommend to anyone wanting a nice place to stay. We’ll be back!!!

Rooms are like an apartment! Very clean and cozy! Has everything you need . Huge jacuzzi with a separate shower and bathroom . Living room and a patio. I loved it and didn't want to get up out of the comfy bed. The breakfast was great. Makes up for what you would have to pay at a restaurant by paying more into the room. Ive never paid that much for a room but never got that quality in cleanliness either. I will be back in June with my family! My husband and I made this trip alone at last min and it was the best decision ever. Woke up to snow covered mountains! Very pleased!

Comfort Inn Apple Valley is an extraordinary place to stay. Every square inch of the facility speaks of well maintained by staff. The king room was spacious and smelled and looked clean. The balcony was a nice little getaway to read a book or just enjoy the view. The free breakfast always hot and well kept. And our check in clerk went above and beyond by extending a senior citizen discount on our four night stay....these are the qualities that won me and my wife over....and guaranteed that you have our future repeat stays in Pigeon Forge locked up....thank you Comfort Inn Apple Valley managers, front end clerks, and staff.

Great room size, nice balcony, EXCELLENT comfy bed and ohhh the pillows! Welcoming check in staff, even gave us a bottle of sparkling grape juice and cups for our anniversary stay. Best water pressure for a shower we've ever experienced in a hotel. Only 2 small complaints... hot tub only had 2 jets working, needs to be remodeled. Also staff at breakfast were a little rude. We arrived at 9:30 for breakfast which ended at 10am and they were already cleaning up. One lady was cleaning the waffle maker and never said a word to us as we stood there waiting to use the waffle maker. Why would they not wait until 10am to clean? Nice size breakfast room though and lots of options when not being put away too soon.
