I would give 0 if I could. We have been going there for almost 2 years and had to take our daughter somewhere else when she was sick due to convenience. We called to set her up another appt and they declined to see her because we went somewhere else. Front desk is horrible and always in a bad mood. I talked to the head nurse in charge and she made it very clear that she didn’t care if we went somewhere else or not. This place is AWFUL. It’s not just one either, it’s been Several instances. Dr flippo is no longer there, which was the ONLY reason why we go. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Would give zero stars if I could! Very unprofessional….. not helpful from the front office to the provider. We will be finding someone new for our children.

Receptionist was very rude, kept going on and on about how long it had been since my sons last appointment in 2018. I’m blessed with healthy children and quite frankly it none of her business why it’s been 3 years since his last appointment. I’m literally trying to make him an appointment you don’t need to go on about it. I won’t be taking my kids here again even in 3 years…

My son is 10 months and other than the doctors in the hospital, these are the only ones he has seen. They're respectful, understanding of new parents and the ridiculous questions we come up with, and will explain everything.

You'll be happy to know that we accept most types of insurance. Call us for a full list or find it on our website under 'insurance'.

For any baby that is 6 months or older, yes we recommend the flu shot.

Of course! If you choose us as your pediatrician, we are more than happy to schedule an appointment with you and discuss your feeding options.
Of course not! We are big fans of all things in moderation. As long as they're not having McDonalds for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (and even that would be ok sometimes on a busy day) and getting fruit and veggie servings throughout the day, we won't judge!
Yes we can. We value children playing and will check to make sure they are in tip top shape to play sports safely.
Good news! We actually provide prenatal visits. That way, we know your child before they're even born!
Absolutely! We actually specialize in this. Call today for an appointment.
Yes it is! Call our office for more information.

Absolutely! We have after hours numbers waiting for you. We want you to feel safe in our care no matter what time it is.
We believe in the efficacy and safety of vaccinations for children. In the case that a parent chooses to decline vaccinations we will refer them out to find another medical facility that has an anti vaccination medical philosopy.
Children who have chicken pox can return to school after the rash is crusted. Or, if the child has been vaccinated for chicken pox and doesn't have any crusting, can return to school after 24 hours with no new lesions.
The CDC recommends most people 6 months and up should get the influenza vaccine. Feel free to call our office so we can look at your daughter's information before we make a specific recommendation.
It depends on how busy the office is that day, but typically if you can call first thing in the morning you will likely be seen later that morning or in the early afternoon. If you wait until later in the day you might not be seen until the end of the day or possibly the next morning.
We are available weekdays, M-F from 8am to 5pm. For options on urgent care that is needed after hours or on weekends, see the Parent Resources section of our website.
There are new patient forms that you can fill out prior to your first visit. Bring these completed forms with you and it will greatly speed up the process!
