Don't. Just don't. If you are a good, dignified, self-respecting driver then this is not the place for you. The people in the office (with a couple of exceptions) are too egocentrical and obtuse to concern themselves with truck drivers. They evidently assume that because we drive trucks we are obviously uneducated. I'm only in my fifth month here and already in my 4th truck. I brought my truck in yesterday because the A/C went out. The DM I spoke with yesterday told me I was an "anomaly" because I have so many issues with trucks. He really attempted to say it's my fault their trucks are never properly repaired. I came back today to find out that the shop didn't fix the problem, but I did manage to get a $200 pair of Oakley's taken out of the truck. I haven't been told the truth since I started here.

Decent work life balance but some dispatcher don’t care about the drivers at all. Don’t answer the phone and sometimes just hang up on you. Pay isn’t all that great either just another trucking company no different.
