If I could give this location zero stars I would I don't have an issue with anybody else holding or delivering my packages just ups I've been waiting since Friday to get package there are notes that they couldn't make the delivery because they need an apartment number my unit is the main unit and doesn't have one. I was told keep my phone lines open so I can receive a call since I told them I wasn't going to pick it up 45 min away when I paid for delivery. Saturday never got a call or delivery tried to call again but the 1800 number said there wasn't anyone to answer So I called on Monday again I was told told I could pick up in Haslett again it's 45 minutes away or keep my phone open so they could call that afternoon was told my problem was still processing today on Tuesday but that placed an urgent message at the bottom now I am waitingng yet again and beyond angry I just want my book will update and again later if no contact happens Update never got the package I just had them send it back and bought it form Amazon

I hope you don’t have a heavy package to ship because THERES 0 CUSTOMER PARKING!!!!!!!! You have to walk a mile to the building and park In the way back of a huge parking lot and walk alll the way to the building because the employees park in customer parking. Also don’t come here looking for answers, they are unhelpful and incompetent, literally had someone tell me my package was lost in the warehouse and I’d have to contact the seller and reorder. Also the hours here are ridiculous. If you ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO USE UPS GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION FOR GOD SAKE. Don’t put yourself through this.

Yes, you may drop off packages at this location. The hours of operation are listed below. Mon-Fri: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM
If you're not usually scheduled on saturdays then you'll need permission, there's also a website that posts extra work, don't know what it is off the top of my head but ask your supervisor or Google it.
