It's a neat place to visit. Their van drivers don't get paid enough. Some employees been there for TWO years. Never had a raise. What's up with that?

As a truck driver I have to enter BNSF daily. This has never been a problem but lately...they now require drivers to get some boxes from the stacks where they have huge lifts (like the port of Houston) that come as soon as you request a lift through their app. Trouble is they are not coming. Today I have been at my designated spot for over 2.5 hours and they are still not here. There is no explanation given by DAB. We see the lift operator moving boxes around while truck divers are waiting to be loaded. Desrespecful, ineffective, outrageous. I wish I could stop coming here.

This train place whatever makes me late at least once a week for work probably the most annoying thing in Saginaw/Haslet. Should be illegal to block traffic for an hour with no train. City would be a lot happier if they relocated in my opinion.

There is a number on the crossings . A blue sign with the 1800 number.
There is a small office on site although due to holidays it might be understaffed until after New year's day hope this helps
