This place is fantastic. We've been twice now, while traveling between Vegas and Salt Lake. The Sautéed Mushrooms and Artichoke Hearts appetizer is SO tasty. We've had the burgers, and for entrees the Liver & Onions, and Chicken Picatta. Somebody in the kitchen really knows how to cook! Beautifully done meals in every detail.

We stopped in this restaurant for some dinner on the way to Park City, and it was pretty nice. The interior is welcoming, the booth was comfortable, and the overall experience was satisfactory. Taco soup was delicious, mushrooms with artichokes were pretty tasty, liver was also quite good, and the pot roast was great. The waitress was also very friendly and attentive.

Stayed in Beaver for a night while traveling, this place was recommended. Stopped in about an hour and a half before closing so I know it's not the best timing. The staff seemed grumpy, all but one. Thankfully we got the good server, older gal, very nice and accommodating. She seemed to be holding down the fort. The food was just ok. The kids said their sandwich was good but our boy didn't eat all of the hamburger (shocking for him) because it tasted too greasy. My monte cristo was oozing grease, not good at all. Salad was fresh and good. Probably wouldn't stop again and rating would be lower had it not been for our server.

If I remember, when I talked to them about that they take temperatures every morning and monitor symptoms.

Utah is a "dry" state, so there are limits on what places can serve what types of alcohol. I recommend that you call the restaurant for current information.
