Very rude and unprofessional staff. The Hispanic man at the passports area is rude and doesn’t want to do his job. I emailed a supervisor but guarantee nothing will be done about since it’s not the first time we witness this with him.

Very nice assistance - expect to go through security prior to entry. Masks optional but seem recommended.

I would check on their website.
I would ask the security officers once you walk through the metal detectors. They could direct you where to go.
yes
It's closed for election day. Pritzger closed all government offices and schools for today. It is open for voting but all offices closed
Normal business hours. You will go through a metal detector, so keep metalic objects to a minimum. You will proceed with directions to the appropriate office. Wear a mask into the building at the ideal time of 9:30 through 10:30 a.m. It's easy to get lost in there, so ask directions out of the building before exiting.
$10 for the first copy. $4 for additional of same name.

When you go into the court house there's a lot of TV that show all of the court cases that are going on that day with the room number and case numbers and time's of the cases for the day.
Yes, you can. Enter at the north entrance at the corner of Country and Madison, then walk to the south end of the building to the Circuit Clerk's Office. They can help you.
File with the circuit clerk as a pro- se litigant.
Call first before you go. to the courthouse then find out the operational times. Try to get validation of parking By the library or the courthouse..
