It's a wonderful experience the people there work very hard to help you find what you're looking for but as of right now the list is closed is barely any apartments available.

Make sure you take pics or a video of any problem. Let landlord know and housing. Then go from there.
They are closed now. When they open you can call and ask when will the list open
You would have to go to your housing in tell them you would like to do a transfer to waukegan housing
Letters went out after all information was received which was about 30 days after closing

Put your first and last name last 4 numbers of your social security number
Waukegan housing authority takes section 8 But you can live in a bigger and better place than public housing with a section 8 voucher. You just have to find the property also you can get a list from the newspaper or internet
Go to the housing that you want to swich it to so they will do the process
