I have been using this facility for my annual physical checkup and I am very pleased about the efficiency of this facility. Today, October 6, 2022 8:30am, I stopped by the x-ray dept. at Gurnee office to request my X-Ray disc for another doctor to look at it. I did not make an appointment for this sudden and urgent request. The receptionist (sorry I forgot your name, the receptionist who is a white lady) confirmed my ID and gave the disc in less than 10 minutes!! I needed the disc in about 1 hour for another doctor to see. This receptionist made my day! Thank you!!!

Not sure about all the negs but for any kind of appt I've ever had at this location, have never ever had anything resembling an unpleasant experience. The doctors, nurses & staff here are first rate and I've never gotten the vibe that they're just trying to get me in & out ASAP. They definitely show that they actually care about their patients. Been using NSU for quite a few years now and to this day absolutely no complaints and I highly recommend them.

Called at 6pm and was told that I could walk in. I live about 30 minutes away. Arrived there a little before 7pm and was told they were closed. Their doctors were full. However, the parking lot was empty and not only did I call to verify that they would be open til 745pm the woman had the audacity to say they could not help me! Horrible experience. If your website says 745pm then it should be changed to the appropriate hour or have a disclaimer. If you are thinking of going to this immediate care I suggest you look at another location.

Could not have asked for a better place to take care of my son! From the front desk woman,NorthShore Immediate Care Center to the provider, Sam. They were absolutely amazing. So good to my little one year old who was less than thrilled to be there. Quick, gentle and made him laugh! Sam was amazing and made me feel so much better walking out of there! 10/10 would go again if need be!

I believe they are open at 8am everyday! :)
I have no idea. I have only had 1 set of xrays done and it was a scheduled appointment.
Sorry to hear about your experience. I left after my test and was emailed my results.
@B Kind yes you can go do labs there if they're not accepting patients. You may have to wait on line to check in but the people for labs usually get called pretty quick in my experience.
Most of them, yes. Best to call either Northshore or your insurance.
It's not a drive up. You have to go in to check in and they will give you an appx appointment time. They told me to be back at 1230, called me at 1220 saying they were running early , and they would call me in soon if I was there, which I was... They didn't call me in until 2pm. The wait is a pain, but honestly better to be safe than sorry.
Doctor's office but it's like a mini hospital, there is primary care, immediate care, cardiology upstairs, physical/occupational therapy and several specialty doctors downstairs, as well as laboratory and radiology on site
If u have no insurance there's a co-pay of 100 for the office visit
There is an opthalmologist office in the building.
Actually the building is only open 7am to 8pm during the week, 8am to 8pm on the weekend
