@B Kind yes you can go do labs there if they're not accepting patients. You may have to wait on line to check in but the people for labs usually get called pretty quick in my experience.
Medical Care workers are overworked especially in the immediate care and emergency room venues. That being said looking at Google profile to avoid the busy times, calling ahead to see what expected wait time might be helps. When you walk in to the place take a look around, if it looks busy it probably is. Care at Gurnee facility better than other places I have been.
If you go to their Google profile and scroll down there will be a "popular times" section where you can pick a day and see when the best time to go would be. It even shows a live update on how busy it is. Hope that helps!
