Horrible service! We came for the 9:30 show, May 10, 2022. Ordered curly fries from the concession. When I got the order, the quantity was really low. There was literally 4 whole curly fries and some crumbs. We asked them if it’s the quantity they provided and the employee said it’s 8oz. It was definitely not 8 oz because I work in the restaurant industry and I weigh things all the time. When we said we usually get more fries the employee gave an attitude and asked “Do you want me to make more” when clearly there was more fries there and we also noticed that they picked up a fry that fell down on the counter into the box. The cashier was even worse. Apparently they don’t accept cash. The total was around 22 bucks and I was counting cash to add it up to $25 and the cashier was literally watching me count the money and when I tried to give the cash, the employee goes, “only card, no cash”. I really didn’t expect this kind of service from AMC as usual they are really nice. I really hope the management looks into it, because this was simply unacceptable.

Aug 2021. 1st timeback in this theater in a couple years. It's a matinee and I'm the only person in the theater- so I guess it's a private showing. Just wish they had reclining seats.
