I’m grateful for the staff because of their attitude towards the customers. Nice location for shoppers and the free breakfast is the icing on the cake! Tessa and Mary have great mannerisms and make sure that they accomplish anything that you request!

I booked this hotel total of 3 nights and 4 days last minute (memorial day weekend). Staff is good but the rooms inside are kinda bad. They are clean but old in my case the toilet took forever to be able to flush it and some little roaches. You can also hear the people in the room next to you (adjoining room). Honestly for $492.61 i prefer paying a little bit more and go to another hotel for the next time.

It is a Hotel that looks good at first glance, however being inside all the time it smells of marijuana, when you are not supposed to smoke inside, I have found butts in the corridor. Breakfast is just a coffee machine and bagels, THEY DO NOT PROVIDE BREAKFAST! It is very noisy, you can hear everything that the adjoining rooms do. It is not the best option.

Aliyah (sp?) at the front desk was awesome! She always made sure we had hot coffee and our needs were met. So helpful & resourceful ❤️ The rest of the front desk staff were friendly and just great people. We felt welcomed and our dogs enjoyed it here as well!
