I am writing on behalf of my father (Jack) who was a recent resident at this facility. The goals were for him to receive dialysis treatment and physical therapy to return safely home after an almost two weeks stay in the hospital. He reports receiving outstanding treatment from the care team. The staff at Symphony been very accommodating, answers all his questions with patience, and have been consistent in their treatment of him. Our family is equally pleased with the care he's received, the kindness and professionalism among many members of the team, and his progress over the past few weeks. While he was committed and dedicated to achieving his treatment goals, it was truly a team effort, and we are extremely grateful for the level of care he received.
