Enagic tried to make pay someone else's bill. I even have hard inquires in my credit with Equifax. Even the contract they provided me it is from a different person, they refuse to remove the inquires, saying that it was Equifax problem. Equifax refused because I guess they believe it is Enagic problem. Overall a horrible experience, and I am not even a customer.

Unacceptably SLOW service. The machines are great, no question there. But I was quoted 2 weeks to simply change the filter and cleaning of the plates... that's a long time to wait for such minor routine maintenance. It's now been 4 weeks and it's still not done. Not only that, they said it will be another week! So, 5 weeks to change the filter and run a cleaning cycle.

You might need a deep cleaning service and filter change vs a standard cleaning and no filter change. Deep clean is like 80 and new filter is like 80. Best to take it in and let the tech evaluate the machine.
